Hi, i just fixed up a Manco go-kart for my argrandaughter I have an issue with the carb, there is a govenor spring missing behind the throtle cable hold down. the motor is A Briggs & Stratton 5 HP. Fun Power. It seems to run fine when i can get it running. I'm sure the carb needs tuned up. I need some basic info on this motor, like a manual. Can you help Me?
