Wheel sleeves help needed

hi all i am building a drift trike its all going well http://www.diygokarts.com/vb/showthread.php?p=353011#post353011

But i have got a problem that i cannot solve and this has got to be here in the uk my project is using a Tony kart rear axle set up using Tony kart rear wheel hubs and tiers. Now i can get wheel sleeves for kart front wheels but no one seems to make sleeves for the rear (which are slightly bigger) has anyone come up against this before if so were did you go to find said items???? this is the one last thing i need to source to finish my project surely someone must know were to go for P.E pipe that size i will have a measure up tomorrow and get some measurements but bear in mind i am in the UK cheers peeps!

Around here they cut the green pvc sewer pipe and put over the tires to drift.. seen some on ebay also don't know about shipping to UK you would have to check with the seller I guess. Do you have access to any pvc sewer pipe ?

only really got the laptop i have tried online looking for sewer pipe this size but not had any luck cheers for the suggestion though

the tony in my garage runs on 7x11" rear wheels

So I guess any 11" PVC pipe will do the job.

10.5 and 11.5 (say for rain tyres) are also possible, so to be sure, at least read the tyre markings to determine the size.

then it should be much less of a hassle to find the matching pipe locally...
