Wheel hubs threaded?

A dumb question, but wheel hubs aren't supposed to be threaded, correct? I thought they were just keyed. Trying to get the axle off this Streaker and took the wheels off to give me some working room but these hubs on either side will not budge. Right now I have it up right in a pool of PB Blaster to let it just soak in.

Also looks like someone else popped these off and replaced collars with lengths of pipe?

They are keyed and most likely stuck on. Try some heat to possibly break em free.

first thing is to give them a good clean up ..
that reveals some tiny nastyness at times (like a C clip holding them in place or a grub screw)
once that's confirmed to be either not there or undone it's PB blaster, patience and heat
with some gentle persuation (rubber/copper mallet)
