No. I need a bushing to make this wheel able to attach to the axle. Instead of it sitting on the axle and having a sprocket attached to a wheel. I want a giant disc brake for my minibike and this is the only way I can see to attach one. Plus. It will be awesome!

Look for DOM (drawn over mandrel) tubing. It seemless, and expensive, but not sure if they have stuff as thick as you need.

I found some DOM tubing that is 1 3/8" with a .250 wall which makes it 3/4". So maybe I will get a 3/4" axle. Now where can I buy a short 3/4" axle? (Under 20")

Will these two tubes put together work?

6061 Aluminum Round Tube 1-3/8 OD x .125 wall x 1.125 ID

1020 DOM Structural Round Steel Tube 1-1/8 OD x .065 wall x .995 ID

I need to spilt the .995 ID pipe so I'm hoping it will fit fine over the 1" axle. It needs a keyway in it.

UPDATE: Ordered some pipe today. All Alumnium.
