Whats With These California Laws..??

Me being originally from Texas but now living in California (Convenient Enough ) whats with these California laws?? Ive been looking at engines online and I see in fine print at the bottom "does not appy for California residents" does this mean they will NOT ship to this state? Any help "around" this matter will be appreciated. Thanks

I live in Cali and I was wondering the same thing. If you go to a Harbor Freight or any other store that has engines, however, you can purchase the engines in the store. I don't get it...

how to get around it i don't no. but they enforce the law on this because pollution is so bad that many people with asma moves away because of the toxins in the air that engines release.i saw you mite have to actually go to the store and purchase one. OR go on ebay to a private seller. that always work

I'll be the first to admit that there's some pretty retarded laws around here.

I went to traffic court for a speeding ticket I got once, but luckily the cop didn't show so my ticket got dismissed. Another guy though got a fix it ticked by a cop who said that his trailer hitch ball was too worn down and "not to code". The judge asked him what code and what exactly the measurements had to be. The cop didn't know what to say so the guy got off free on that one too. The cop was basically trying to make up something just to get the guy I guess.

LOL......Hilarious this one....It is a misdemeanor to shoot at any kind of game from a moving vehicle, unless the target is a whale. LOL

LOL, yeah. I guess the logic on that one is that you have to be in a boat or something to even get to a whale. It still sounds dumb though.
