Finally had time to get back at kart after a long layoff and after removing gov from the engine it only runs by the stock run start/lever and not by throttle! I thought by just eliminating gov and its arm from the throttle wouldn't cause this?? Really confused! Is thier something I am missing or am I to setup a throttle off the hf run/start lever?? I am sure others have had to redo their throttle once they removed the gov but how did anyone do this? Any suggestions?

So you've removed the governor from the engine internally? Am I to interpret that you are saying this? Typically people who have done this hook up their throttle directly to the butterfly on the carb rather than attempt to go through other means.
