What's the name of this game??

I have this old game thing and I want to know the name of it so I can look it up on youtube and learn more tricks. Basically all it is, is a cone and 2 sticks with a string on each end of the sticks. You tap one stick and keep the other still and it makes the cone spin. You can make the cone spin really fast and you can jump it and stuff. Other then that all I know is it is used in carnivals as a show sometimes. So does anyone know??
