Is this worth the asking price?? It looks like it has alot of mods. from what i can tell it has new carb, exhaust, and maybe a supercharer?? idk i think he might actually be telling the truth about going 40 mph. what do you guys think?

Looking at the mechanical arrangement, I doubt 40MPH. That's probably a guesstimate. I see no evidence of a CVT, and with that tire size and gearing, that engine would have to be screaming. Possible, but not that likely.

Supercharger? No.

Also- I really hate it when I see stuff like this. Where's the air filter? What's that carb been sucking in?

That said, for what it is, it's worth it- at least around here it would be.

those pics are fuzzy but is that a twostroke?

looks to have an expansion chamber type pipe on it...which does the same job as a supercharger(if fitted to an engine without valves lol)

Supercharger? Unlikely.
Buy a new engine and do your own stuff. God knows what that one's been through.
