Ok this thread is dedicated to translating words that some of the members may use which confound some of the other members that may not know what they mean. Special shout out to George Bush.

Ok, I'll name a few and give their translation, feel free to add more:

1337 = Leet = elite - as far as I can remember, this started being used in the early days of Counter Strike, when everyone wanted to be a 1337 H4xx0r or an elite Hacker, someone who was smart.

OMG = Oh my god = ... Oh my god, 'nuff said.

'nuff said = enough said.

WTF = What the #^$%, may be substituded by WTH = What the heck.

LOL = Laugh out loud - most people know this one already.

AFAIK = As far as I know

*sauce = "Sauce" may be added to the end of most words, preferably nouns, to give them more flavor. Ex: crapsauce.

Lets string a few of these together, shall we, so we can get an idea of how to use them!

Let's set up a scenario, first;

Little Billy has just discovered that his friend Bobby has constructed a machine using an engine which slices, dices and produces tasty French Fries. Not knowing at first what it is, and realizing that Bobby is an excellent engineer, Little Billy may respond using the following string of acronyms:

OMG WTF? 1337 h4xxor frysauce!

Translation: "Wow, at first I did not know what that machine did, but once I learned that it made french fries, I praise you with being very intelligent and mechanically capable!"

We can see how using the first sentence not only saves time and typing keystrokes, but in the long run, will prevent carpal tunnel and other repetitive motion related injuries.

Excellent, Russ! Now you just need to use more "1337" words.

Sauce is also used in place of the word "source", when requesting a link on certain questionable websites.

Oh, a few more acronyms that I remembered:

FTW = For the win = most desirable = good = excellent

FTL = For the lose = not desirable = bad = not exellent

"others"?
And who in the Hell might that be Mr. Kibble?
Surely you're not referring to humble self.

Of course not you! :innocent:

You'll really be screwed if I start talkin' ebonics.

Not necessarily, I gots that new processor installed that allows me to decode Ebonics in hardware:
