Looks like a Ken-Bar Streaker. The seat, steering, and sides say that. CVT is set up differently than mine though.

That is a Carter Brothers but I don’t know the model. Your clutches are NOT mis matched they are the correct 20 series for your kart! They do however need to be taken apart and cleaned up and freed up. You can NOT put a 30 series on that kart without a ton of modification and welding and a new rear axle. JimD here owns Max-Torque the company who probably made the 20 for that kart and is a wealth of information on the 20 series CVT! And a heck of a nice guy too! You can get belts from GoKart Supply. Only use genuine Max-Torque or Comet belts, other brands suck.

Sorry denny. I'm not familiar with the 20 series. But the driver looks asymmetrical and the driven looks symmetrical to me. Maybe I'm the cross-eyed one.

Sure looks like a 30 series driver on the engine and a 20 series driven on the kart.
