Holy freaking crap!!! I just wheelied it over backwards from about a 15mph roll. This thing is stupid on 30%. A buddy got it on video, but we're having trouble getting it from his phone to mine. Here it is idling on 30%. My neighbor ran me out of his shop due to the fumes.

Yes, not only did it hold together, it is stupid powerful. I'm really impressed with the durability of this little engine, I have shown it no mercy and it just keeps on running.

Remember the more nitro you use the richer the jetting has to be if you want to get the maximum output with your testing, I love it! keep doing it! You might want to think about building a "Scatter Shield Plate" to protect your lower extremities in case of a engine failure!

You know ...been meaning to say this for awhile...but a bunch of people who actually know nothing
...and probably never touched a small engine in real life
..keep spouting off the need for billet flywheels as soon as you adjust the idle....but what's really more useful....and cheap and easy...is get a frigging 1/4 sheet of 3/4" plywood....and put it behind the seat!!!!

Is that so hard...weighs less than five pounds...costs about $10... and WAY easier to install than that $100 unnecessary billet flywheel....

Plus....you're bettet protected...in case of ANY engine failure
...

But....go ahead dummies....keep spouting drivel about billet flywheels....(most of y'all probably can't spell flywheel anyway.....give me a BRAKE.(another pet peeve of mine!!!) Brakes stop karts....(not CARTS) ....breaks are what your bones do if they fail....If you wanna get rid of your KART....don't offer it up for SELL!!!!( Makes me think of Jehtro Bodine....you have it for SALE! Thanks guys, way ahead of you on the plywood, when me and the neighbor redid the seat we made a new base from 3/4 plywood . The whole flywheel thing is why I landed here in the first place, other places I was lurking won't even let you mention removing the governor unless you have a billet flywheel. I know I'm probably pushing the limits of at least a few parts of this engine, but so what, it's my health I'm risking, and I sure won't hold this forum responsible If I hurt myself. I've got the jets drilled out as far as they will go, and the high and low speed air bleeds completely plugged now. It really needs a fuel pump at this point. (The needle and seat size is probably going to be what stops me) I'm thinking I want to keep upping it until I get to 50% if the little GX160 that could, can. My buddies for sure are in for a surprise with this thing when they whack the throttle now. I'm glad you guys are enjoying this, I know I sure am. Minibikes are fun.

Obviously you know what you are doing with the jetting and air bleeds, not many people do, when I was a kid I ran my Kawasaki Coyote one day with about a 1/4 of a tank of Cox Gas Airplane fuel (Nitromethane and Methanol mix) and the thing ripped! until the starter drive hub came off and tore the crap out of the recoil starter, maybe too many RPM and no Loctite on the starter drive hub bolts contributed to the failure!

Thank you, I've messed with blowthrough turbo cars since 2005, and believe me brother, you'll pay for your education in carbs doing that. At least back then anyway, almost nobody knew anything about them, and those that did wouldn't tell. I blew up a lot of stuff learning how carbs actually work.

I'm sure it'll happen in fits and spurts, but it will happen. I think a trip to the dragstrip with this thing will be in order as soon as I figure out how to keep it fueled for an 1/8 mile.

Took it to the dragstrip yesterday, but it was very busy, so I just putted around the pits. It was pretty fun overhearing what people would say when they smelled the exhaust. I burned a full gallon of 30% through it yesterday with no issues whatsoever. I also ordered a fuel pump that will hopefully be here by Friday since there is a big mud bog party going down and I want to put a load of 45% in it before I let my buddies ride it. If the fuel pump don't show by Friday I'll put it back on 30% and maybe get some good video for you guys either way. Also, the front diff is rebuilt in the turbo truck, so that's a go for Friday too. Gonna be a good time I think.

Did a little poking around in the carb while I was at it, I was planning on redoing the fuel inlet and drilling the factory passages out but that would be a wasted effort after checking out the needle and seat. They are for sure going to be what stops me as they are the smallest point in the fuel system at this point. I found the on/off valve had a tiny hole, so I fired up my lathe and made a new piece that will flow all the passages will and then some. Now I have no way of turning the fuel off though.

Vice grips on the line, will kill the fuel. Especially needed for transportation, not so much sitting in the garage.

A small ball valve or a inline petcock, typically those are sold at the mower shops along with other bits(sparkplugs, filters, oils ect).
