Quick question here I bought a 212 predator yesterday ( got the last hemi) and gonna replace a 10hp tucemseh but it has a brand new torque converter but the shaft bore is 1" should I get a 3/4" to 1" adapter to save me from buying a new tq or are the shaft converting sleeves sketchy

I think the shaft adapters are a decent bet. Gonna save you beaucoup money.

I bought some 1" OD x 7/8" ID SS tubing for the same purpose (to size up) but it's for an axle. Haven't assembled it yet, but it's not gonna go anywhere, deform itself or cause catastrophic failure, you know.
