I cant tell what brand but it seems to be a 90's era Sprint kart model. (post some pics of the left side and front bumper) Looks like its in really nice shape, I think you got an awesome deal there

Lots of race kart chassis brands seem to copy each other and end up looking very similar. A couple things that might help us narrow down its country of origin/brand would be to accurately measure the rear axle diameter with a caliper to see if its a 1-1/4" or maybe a 30mm, and also see if Its assembled with mostly all Metric or American hardware. Also see if the rear Caliper or master cylinder has any brand name/model info. Have you found any #'s stamped into the frame?

What is the best way to measure for tie rods?? How adjustable are the tie rods??

You'd just get your front wheels pointed straight ahead, center your steering wheel and take your measurements. Each of my tie rods have about 1-1/2" of usable length adjustment. I'd assume most all brands of replacement tie rods would be sized with their adjustment centered.

Yeah, his steering column Pittman arms should be pointing downward, not upwards like his pics. His pics also show the 2 inner tie rod heim joints individually bolted to each of the 2 Pittman ears. These 2 heim joints should be stacked one on top of the other in-between the columns 2 ears with a single bolt, then be using some flat washers as necessary as shims.

Eh, that works too. I enjoy jumping to conclusions without watching videos. The alternate login names threw me off... thats why I get for allocating 5 min to viewing 10 threads.
