Never seen anything like it. Go ask him what it is. You are neighborly with your neighbor, aren't you? :D

Absolutely, he's been one if my best friends since the 7th grade. We were talking about it, and he was told it was called a tarantula, but wasn't sure. It looks exactly like the moonhunter shown in the link above. We know what we're dealing with now, thanks guys.

He has two Bassett hounds. I refer to them as flash squared.

oh wow. those are the handles? The original post i couldn't tell if they had strange steering or if it was something behind the cart sticking up, like a weed eater handle or something behind the cart. That looks like fun to drive, makes me wonder how to control it with two of the (fighter pilot sticks) on the thing??

Well, FHB's neighbor's buggy is lacking the plastic body so it looks quite a bit more svelte than these others in the photos posted above. The roll cage doesn't do anything for me, alas.

Was the plastic removed or is the neighbor's buggy just a variant/submodel?

Looks like they planned for it flipping endover end. The cage rolls it back to its wheels!

It just got broken apart from riding. I like it way better without the plastics too, but I think the cage is gayer than two men having sex.
