What kart is this?

Found this about 50 miles from the house, just not sure what it is, the guy doesn't seem to know either, he's asking $450 but said he will let it go cheap.

It looks to be like a trick kart, try contacting them. I saw some before witht the same nerfs and the same "triangle" attached to the steering mechanism.

I'm not going to get it I already have to many that need finished, besides he has never got back with me on it , just thought if I could get it cheap enough, but he might have already sold it.
