What kart do I have?

I was talking to a friend about converting a mower to a kart. He gave me this one from the woods behind his house. The only markings I found are the CHARGER 150 & LANCE. So far I haven't found anything on the internet like it.
I plan on putting a Predator 212 on it after I knock down the rust.
It would be nice to be able to know what brake parts etc... will work with it. My granddaughter is thrilled

Looks like a Chinese buggy made by Lance. They were imported as Coolster Challenger machines also according to this video.
