I saw this on CL listed as a go-kart. What the heck is this thing?

looks like a 1/3 or 1/4 scale truck. bit too small for a 1/2 scale.

That motor looks like the one on my daughters kart: 70's 3hp B&S

I asked him for more information, and this was his reply:
"well it has a three speed trains with reverse and brakes and a straight axle under the front end with a car type steering box motor dos run it needs tire fixed or replaced. doors open like a car has a back bumper if you can come look at it lets make a deal I just not able to do much any more."
He's asking $350
