Thsi is coming out of my Tecumseh 6.5 hp motor at the front on my Yerf Dog 3203. Is it the oil sensor or a place for lights. If it's the oil sensor, is it already disabled. My kart stalls on rough terrain.

you think the float in the carb bowl could rapidly open and close open causing the fuel to shut off or lean out? over rough terrain.

Its just the kill switch leading to the power pack and the ground that you have optional for some hook-ups. This won't be putting out anything for lights.
