What is this off-road kart?

I notices there is no rig washer on this torque converter. I should have one on there right? It came fro previous owner like that ad they wondered why they would snap belts. They were putting the on the wrong way as well

So upon closer inspection noticed the springs weren’t extended at all. I extended them completely out and now it’s not hitting at all but it seems my front wheels have a bit of a camber to them now
