The guy i got it from told me i just dont remeber but it will still have a predator also can it be converted to disc brake im scared of the friction brake. WhAt iS ThIs MiNi BiKe??

It appears to be a Manco Thunderbird.

They do, your seat will probably flop around if you pick it up. There should be some rear shocks bolted to the back of the seat. Outside of that its a Thunderbird.

Cant find the parts i NEED in indiana! But i do love this mini bike but now i have 4 projects

The only problem that I have with my Manco is that it just bent my chinese Baja jackshaft back plate that I took off my minibike, and threw a brand new chain in dirt. Although that is my fault for not realizing that the mount on the bearing tube is there for a reason.
