What's it worth??

How long is a piece of string?

Same answer to both questions...

Check local C/L listings for similar vehicles & go from there...

Prices vary depending on location; what's worth $200 in Texas could be worth $500 in New York; you need to find a baseline price & work down from there...

On another note, it appears to be a decent looking machine but, you need to look for the things that will cost to fix; for instance, at least three of the four tyres need replacing, there's a minimum of $200 right there...

it also has reverse too. problem is is crossfire went out of business a while ago and some parts are
1) hard to come by
2) super expensive

trans/engine/reverse are all common parts found on lots of karts today, so that is not an issue

some major $$$ issues that would come up may be
brakes
tires (as already mentioned)
shocks
ball joints
bearings

id offer him $150, but thats cuz im cheap and i know for sure id have to put lots of $$ into it to get it running right. Tell him that if the brakes were new, it had new ball joints and bearings, new shocks, and new tires youd pay upwards of $600-$800, but all of those parts are going to make you pay upwards of $600-$800 to fix realistically.

also, even though these mini buggy's look amazing, they really only sold for $1,200-$1,600 as they were mass produced and sold in big box stores. however, they have really good reviews for the suspension and handling
