what is the piece??

This is a Broken in half (bleed valve or jet valve) im not familiar with this and its a piece on my carb for my go kart power sport tecumseh 5HP and when it broke off gas came flooding out! i need help!! please.

I'm guessing a 2 hole bowl retaining nut.

Looks like the jet to me, although someone more familiar with tec carbs will probably chime in soon.

its the main jet/carb nut. just buy a new jet

i went to northeast equipment in hauppauge ny today ordered a jet nut it will be in next week thanks everyone!
