im trying to find out what is a very strong axle that i can buy that i do not have to worry about bending on me

Most axles will be fine, any axle will bend if mistreated...

Depending on the application, you may need a thicker axle; do you do a lot of rough offroading?

not a lot of off roading but i weigh 250 lbs. i have never jumped the cart or anything but one wheel wabbles, the axle is bent on that side been that way since i bought the cart

Obviously, the PO did something they shouldn't have...

The hardest part is determining the specs of your current axle; length, keyway type & position & the type of ends are the most important...

You will need to remove & strip the axle to determine these specs, then it's simply a matter of matching those specs with a new axle...
