ive got a motor th at has 19-0-67 stamped on it and it also has 143 686 162 SER 81560. The only number in there im not totally sure about is the 3 from 143. Anyone know what this is? I think its a 7 or 8hp and either briggs or tecumseh.... i think tecumseh though.

Have you got a pic of the engine. We would be able to tell you if it is a briggs or tecumseh right away. If it is a Briggs, have a look here for ID
