Some of it looks Yerf-Dog, some looks Manco, but I doubt that it is either. None the less, it's a cool looking frame. Do like Whitetrash suggest and give it some
HORSEPOWER. Also, welcome to the forum. Post pictures as you go on the build. We want to see it running.

Well after much looking around the web, finally found out what this cart is. Yerf-Dog model 32001
Oh yes a predator 212 is not going to work, to much weight for that engine, thinking the Predator 459 should do the trick.
It's weird as it came with a little engine 6 HP, must not have been very fast.
Thinking going to need reverse as well. What I want to build is a go kart cross cart something like that and still fit in my truck
Its already coming apart, so I can start on the front frame and front suspension.

Ol' lawsuits and safety. Most (even big karts) didn't come with engines stronger than 7hp. Yerf-Dogs are tough but if you want to really abuse them with big engines and jump then some suspension mods are helpful. Talk to @panchothedog and @Sandrion they each own at least one.

I'm Back been working on the new kart, found some rust, all fixed now. Cut the Arm mount off the top of the frame and moved to the bottom and 3/4 forward. Working on the steering rack now, the bent tube is just holding it in place for now. Need to order some hemi joints to build the tie rods and figure that out. It's a start

If your gonna run a big block they suggest you brace up the swing arm because of torque twist which jumps the chain off. Just what I have read!!! I've also seen people build new ones out of square tube

Rocky and Bullwinkle is probably the best written and most interesting cartoon ever written. And that Bullwinkle one outstanding actor.
I always wanted to see Wile Coyote win just one. Him and me are both geniuses you know.

I liked Rocky and Bullwinkle, BUT Yogi Bear and BooBoo were the best in my opinion!
