What brand/model mini bike is this thing?

I have a chance to buy this minibike for around $50. I was just wondering if anyone might know what brand it is or had any info/opinions on this thang? It seems to have kind of a bizarre rear suspension design.

Yeah its kinda cool, I gotta nice little 3.5 and a clutch I could slap on it. I dont know, the frame seems kinda wimpy like my 235lb weight would just crush it.

I could bolt my ol 406cc Honda on it but i was afraid it'd sag that wimpy frame on down like an old swayback plow horse...
