The bearings have built in set screws that act like lock collars.
When you say chain sprocket, what do you mean? The chain, sprocket, or both. Also do you want hubs for the sprocket? They are about 16 euros of the top of my head.
Would you want any brake stuff?
Edit: 77mm is probably 3", which is 76.2mm

then its probably 3''. sorry what i meant was a hub for the sprocket. id like that aswell. i wont be needing the collars. When can u order these things and how are we going to arrange payment so that there is no risk of me losing my money or you not recieving the money?

Btw the sprocket hub is 6 bolt designed for 6 bolt sprockets. I dunno how many holes your sprockets have, but if different, i think ebay have different ones.

Order them ASAP. There is some problem with my Visa atm and i will have to go to the bank to get it fixed and also put money to send it to you. Im going to do this on Tuesday when banks open since it is easter here in Cyprus and everything is closed. Is it possible for you to order them and when i get my card fixed send you the money so we dont waste any time? If not then we can just do it on Tuesday when im ready.

To make things clear we are getting: A 110cm, 3cm axle, the hubs (if they match to my rims), 2 bearings and the hub sprocket. Can u order a sprocket hub which is most commonly used by people so i can easily find sprockets from where i live. I was thinking of also ordering a sprocket but what if it does not give enough torque?

I have this hub. It will fit all 219 pitch sprockets, or you could drill out other speockets.

The axle is 102cm. Is that ok? I will order when you comfirm the length, as i dont want to get it wrong. I guess i could always make you a custom longer axle if you needed one longer, from mild steel. Of course it would probably take me a bit of time, so it may cost more.

Edit: for the sprocket it would e nice to know what size wheels and what engine you are using. Do you need a clutch?
Edit2: also just thought that i could make you a rear sprocket for material cost, as i have access to a cnc cutter, and i always have been meaning to try and cut a sprocket on it. Material would probably be under €10.

Order me the axle, the bearings, the hubs (ill drill the holes on the rims but hopefully they wont become weAker because of that. Get me the hub sprocket as well and you can also make me the sprocket since it wont cost much. So basically u are ordering everything

The sprocket could be as big becuase the rims are 8 inches diametre + more length from the tire. Dont make it too big though. The engine is a motorcycle engine 200 cc, manual. The teeth should be enough for the engine to give good torque. You decide how many teeth

Ok, i will make you a sprocket, but how many teeth are on the engine? Also do you know what the max rpm of your engine is, what pitch chain you are using (can you get chain?) and what hp your engine is.
Btw i cannot 100% guarantee the sprocket will last, but for 10€ its pretty cheap anyway.

Ordered
1x axle, 30mm x 1020 with 6mm keyway
1x 12" key steel, 6mm
2x pillow blocks, 30mm
1x sprocket hub, to fit sprocket i will make.
I havent ordered the hubs for the wheels yet because i have found a hub with a 3 bolt pattern, that is 78mm, and 22mm bore which i could drill and put a ketway to make it 30mm.
I will wait for the reply of the other one first though.

Still no news about the hubs, but i will wait till tomorrow as it is the bank holiday weekend
