Off topic but there was a guy down the road from me trying to sell the most beat to s**t '98 Merc Sable. Every bit of glass was broken, seats were torn up, and the pass side of the unibody frame was on the ground. He only wanted $4k because is was SOOPAR RAER! And I spelt that exactly how it was on the sign. He didn't know why it was spelt wrong...

New guy here trying to find something to work on with my 11 year old daughter that I can afford and that might actually be usable before she's ready for college.

Im actually looking to pick up 1 or 2 gokart frames tomorrow. A bare buller frame for 100, and the coyote with front wheels, seat, steering wheel, and some other thing for 200.. Have the money for both, but dont know which to get... Id like to start from scratch and build to what i want, but im extremely new to karting and i dont know how much things cost, or how does the wheel mount to the axle lol!

I feel bad for you guys, those prices are OUTRAGIOUS in Colorado the most expensive karts are the racers which you can get fairly cheap...Nothing sitting in my garage was purchased for more than $225....

Racing go kart I got for $450(What a steal normally they sell for $1000+ for just a single kart no extras here)- with tons of extras and after selling a spare frame that came with I have $150 invested..

Racing tractor I got for $200

Quarter Midget $225...

Maybe I should come down to Texas and sell some of my stuff...seems like I'd make a killing

That's a pretty good deal DirtyDamage, though that missing air filter doesn't inspire a lot of confidence for internal engine condition. You won't find anything around here that actually runs for $75, not even a whimpy mower. You should see what people want for riding mowers here, it's absolutely incredible. Here, let me show you one:

That's actually a really cool looking tractor. The fact it uses a horizontal shaft engine adds a lot of possibilities. I would pick that up for $200(best offer) and restore it and make a racing or pulling tractor with it.
