Why does reading that ad make me think someone is "vacationing" in Dallas?

A friend of mine built something similar a while back, beast does not even come close to describing what that thing could be. I would be concerned about frame design and weld quality, as well as brakes, on something that will easily do freeway speeds.

So I saw that same kart in a different ad saying he needed a mechanic for the engine and could pay lots to get it fixed. Engine is probably not a good thing to get.
