u are useing the wrong tool for the job

or u ae useing A tool for the job

u will always have play in this system

in the demonstration pic u will see it is on a slow vehical and as a tool it needs a liittle play but on a fast application it could be intresting

as i said it failed for bengo

Idk i mean how would i attach any other type of u joint anyway
also is there nay other thing i could do other then using a u joint
i am right know going to finish this nad see if it works cause i wont mind a litte play

well guys i itdoesnt work Fowler go ahead and laugh in my face um but for reasons i dident expect everything seemed to be going great but the actual u joint cant pivot exactly straight it has to move a little bit sideways.... kinda confusing, but what i mean is when u turn the top part of the u joint the bottom part can pivot around without moving to the side.. so in order for it to turn it needs to be able to move a little sideways so this wont work...

but i was a litlle skeptical oin the first place
back to the drawing board
onlgood news only spent 15 bucks on this attempt

get the steering colume from a car

u can add what eversteering wheel u want

it should all bolt together

weld the pitman arm to the steering linkage (the small shaft with the unis on it)

the colume should have the bearings on it and u can secure the other end with a bolt that alows the uni to spin

i wasnt trying to make fun of u but i would see it wasnt going to work
and by slow moving i mean the cool looking operational platform or what ever that thing is called proberly has a top speed of 10kph
