Well... that happened

So going into my shop I was unfortunate enough to have Pic A happen to me. Deer decided it was a good idea for me to stop and the truck failed to do just that... on the road anyways. So popped the spare on, get to work and get the thing going.
On the way home however I TRIED to bring my loaner car home but some lady doing about 60mph decided " NOPE. DON'T WANT THIS NO MORE!" and hit me head on. The classic 'change direction in the middle of the corner' trick and BAM.

So 10:34pm - Collision
Literally 10sec later cops show up
10:37pm - Other family's ride shows up
10:41pm - Other family is gone and police starts working on my information

I dunno about anyone else but somethin' don't seem right there.

Her airbags didn't even go off which leads me to wonder if this was a insurance scheme. What really sucks is we have the same insurance agent.

I'm curious how that's bad to have the same agent? I'd think it'd be more convenient. On my list of things to buy is either a Dash cam or GoPro so in case of an accident ID have more proof of what happened.

Sucks the F150 got smashed, but I HATE those Modular engines with a passion...have a 2 valve and it sucks and the 3 valve in your truck is no better (my opinion). Rant over.

It's not 'my' truck per say so I dunno anything about what the engine is (I'm GM/Mopar/British all the way) but it's actually really inconvenient because the agent has to decide who gets what or justto cut the losses and say No Fault. And they lady somehow found out where I live an threatened to sue and break even more crap if I don't fix her car for free. (Which I can countersue for Intent of property damage and criminal threatening.)

Plus the fact the cops haven't got a single clue how to properly inspect. The photos that're in the report are the bushes, the ambulance, and the back of my car up on the ramp truck. Those photos you see are from me.
