I bought some parts for a TIG torch from welding city on ebay because it was the cheapest. They get all their stuff from China and its not good quality, but worked for what I needed.

As far as saving money, what is so special about multipass vs like the standard stuff?

If I needed to do multiple passes, i would just clean up the weld with a wire wheel, then weld over top again with the er70s (you can also get the 10 lb hobart stuff for $5 less on ebay btw).

I don't really need multi-pass, just thought it was nice and the HF stuff (and most other flux core) is just -gs which is "general" aka no standard. WeldCity pobably isn't really anyway though :roflol: As far as er70s, isn' that mig? I havn't bought a cylinder yet. I probably will when I start running out of the 2lb I have now.

BTW I heard of some sort of "splatter spray".... Haven't used it personally, but I've heard it works really well.
