This is my welding cart/old a$$ wagon. Dont be jelouse. :)
Im tryin to sell the wagon and tires to get cash to buy a motor and clutch for the kids critter ll. But if they dont sell before i get a motor i plan to build it up with a custom frame and interchangable inserts (one for welder/one with seats and cooler holder) so i can use it for toting the kiddos around car shows and fairs.

Hopefully you won't have to sell it; it's got that funkadelic factor going that would be hard to replace, plus you'd miss it......

Got a lil more done today. Its far from fancy but plenty strong enough for a mig welder cart. My plan from here is to make two inserts. One for the babys car seat and a cooler. The other for the welder and related tools.
Let me know what you think.

made a lil more progress. reinforced a couple welds and painted it with some cheap rattle can paint. you can see from the rear shot the way i had to build the axle to compansate for the drive hub. wanted to get another coaster hub for it but now im glad i didnt. its so heavy its hard to stop on hills so im thinkin since i got a disk i could build a hand brake for it. we been takin the kids for walks in it and ruffin it up as much as we can to find its weak points. still low on scrap metal so havnt started the inserts yet.

evolution of the welding kart to the chunk wagon

Thought I would do an update on the welding kart. Soon after the last update I found another wagon at the fleamarket fot $10. I decided to build a wagon for our youngest (Chunky). At the time I had little scrap metal and less weld wire so as a quick fix I simply bolted the tub to the weld kart frame and it became the chunk wagon. The leftover wheels and tub were later slapped together to create a 6wheel weld wagon with cable hangers, helmet hangers, and room for the grinder, drill, gloves, ect.
