Weed wacker cooler

Hey all, well I decided NOT to go electric on my motorized cooler because of cost...Anyway, I think I'm going to be going with a weed wacker engine probably 33 cc...Does anyone know off hand what brand of wacker might come with a clutch..I have a poulan wacker and I dont think it does cuz it spins from the second I fire it up...I'm hoping to keep it around or under $150.00 for the cost since I'm going to tear it apart for just for the engine and clutch....Any help here would be great cuz Im a total NOOB to the world of karts...I built a motorized bicycle last year but I dont want to put one of those engines on it....In anyones experience will a weed wacker engine and clutch work for this type of project ?

A electric setup would be under $150 lol.

250W motor = $30
36V controller = $30
Two 7aH batteries = $50
Hand throttle = $9

Put an ad up on craigslist looking for cheap/free chainsaws or weed wackers. all chainsaws have clutches, and are normally a little beefier so i would go for one of those. I put an ad like that up last year, got 2 weed eaters without clutches, and 3 chainsaws, one of which was a beastly 52cc 1970 mcculloch.
