Ive seen heaps of threads about making motorised bikes on here, so me and my friend decided to make one. we had a free mountain bike and a free whippersnipper. by making it spindle drive, i found that it had a realy low ratio, which is good cause the engine is only tiny. my welding skills let me down, but it is hard to weld thin pipe.

note to self, make sure flywheel bolt is tight before putting it on max revs

AHHHHHHHHHHHH my Virgin ears!!!

Just kidding, good job but i never liked friction drive, I have a half built 50cc chainsaw bike, chain drive with clutch and all, i'm just too lazy to finish it, and i started it before i got a dirtbike.

VERRY, it flew apart and broke itself. i got a spare whippy engine but putting a spindle on it looks hard

when the flywheel flew off (AGAIN) and broke the case i lost the flywheel key. so first off i wired the block back together, then made a metal wedge and hammered it into the key grove( that flywheel ant goin nowhere. and the spindle keeps falling off buy i tightened it up as hard as i could with vice grips. it should give me atleast a nother hour of entertainment
