I don't think you can create a kart using the machine of washing machine. Because washing machine operates by a motor, which is connected to the agitator through a unit called a transmission. The motor and transmission are near the bottom of the machine, while the agitator extends up through the middle of the machine.

Using the MACHINE of a washing machine? Aka the motor. And the agitator is up above obviously rendering the motor useless. And a transmission really throws a loop in the plans cause don't the reduce the gear ratios?! We should all chip in and buy the OP a nice padded helmet.
