instead of ordering all new pistons and what not, why not just go to the scrapyard and find a 10+hp engine for $20 or so

Hes buying performance parts for his engine to make it run faster/boost the hp a little, not rebuilding it because it doesn't run.

I'm not going to buy it all at once lil bit at a time...cause I have to finish my civic before I can start on this engine just got it all tore apart so that I can do the free....and cheap on the engine first....cause I will be getting the valve springs, exhaust, and Intake first and then slowly start getting all of the other parts. It will be awhile till I get it done but I will be a nice cart when I get it done.

also where would I be able to get that tool at....will hf have it?

Intake is just buying a new airfilter, theres really no other intake mods you can do for a clone. By header i mean the part that bolts onto the engine and goes to the exhaust. I suggest just straight piping it.

Some bike and motorcycle handle bars are the right size if you need bends.

I was looking at other peoples builds and they have 1" and some have 1" and then the end is 2"....what you think would be good for my setup...or some sort of explanation of the difference is between the two

having a 2 stage doesnt really do much except change the sound, just make sure the pipe you use is no larger or smaller than your exhaust port.
