Wanted doodle bug rear wheel

Basic db30 rear wheel, no tire sprocket or disk. Need a straight one since the bike i am fixing has a bent one somehow.
Trying to do this on the cheap without paying like $45 for a new one.

I have one for sale. But I can't seem to get one of the outter bearing races out of the rim.. I dont want to attempt trying to get it out anymore- I don't want to ruin it any more.
Pay shipping and it is yours. I recieved it on an old bike, not sure if it perfectly straight.
