nice, thank you...

I have the same "oil cup" buried underneath the tank, I cant quite open it or look into it....... What is this for? Like yours I also have the lower spout, with the spring attached to the cap...

Do you have the plain bearing or a ball bearing on the shaft side?... And is it able to convert to a ball bearing housing???

That thing under the tank is a breather. My engine has journal bearings on both ends. I don't know that this engine came with a ball bearing option, although I've entertained the thought of making a one-off side cover for that.

Ahh I see... The later ones I see now the later ones have it in the valve spring box cover....Interesting....

I just bought some epoxy for the new butterfly valve lever I made... Hopefully in the next few days ill get around to getting the thing running....
