Does anybody know the power ratings (HP, RPM) for a victa Series 70 Mark 2 lawnmower engine?

Does anybody know the power ratings (HP, RPM) for a victa Series 70 Mark 2 lawnmower engine?
Victa never rated the horsepower of thier engines, if you send them an email asking about horsepower they just say they've never tested it. I think they make around 5hp with the standard carby, much more with a better one. Your one has a metal carby though, they are much better than the plastic ones that most of them have.
