vert shaft mower engine with pto????

i tried to search but i couldnt find anything.. but its late i probably over looked


i was just given a doodle bug type mini bike the cheep baja ones from pep boys with a chinese 2hp peice of crap that goes like 4mph.. but i also have a 6.5hp tecumseh mower with a pto that drives the mower wheels.. would the pto run as good as the crankshaft?? i think it might be gear reduced tho im not sure, the mower is like 1 1/2 years old, it was given to me by my moms friend a weak after she bought it at sears, said it doesnt run and sears wont return it since it was used... i put gas in it.. HAHAHAHAH






i do have a good running briggs horizontal motor 5hp but its for my kart..

We've discussed these before, that little shaft will break. Get a different engine or modify the 2HP.
