16.1 ?? 30 .1 is a bit to much oil as it is i have got a 150main jet on a kenhin 28mm d slide carb im runing it a tad rich on the jet *** well

most of the parts i am using are for competion and are not made to be used on the road because of their performance and reliability

Thats where you're wrong, 30:1 isnt enough in this application, when it oils the track while being beat on its too oiled. Why do you think 30:1 is so great? More oil=lower wear and MORE POWER. You cant argue around it, a well lubed well fitted piston will make better heat tranfer to the cylinder and less friction and wear than a sparingly lubed one.

but the the oil wont help combustion and i will lose some power i don't think you understand that i built the motor to make some decent hp levels not be reliable. if i wanted that i would have a 4 stroke.
even in my kx 85 you are meant to replace the piston every 5 races and thats less than 10 hours use but that makes 28hp at the crank and you are meant to use a 40 to one mix

these engines arnt like lawn mower 2 strokes or chainsaws engines

What's the use of an engine like that if you're gonna spend a few thousand in parts for it every month or so?

Oil burns fine, I understand what you made the engine for. The dyno doesnt lie. http://edj.net/2stroke/jennings/oilpremix.pdf What you are "meant to use" is to keep idiots from fouling plugs and getting pissed(a good plug wont foul anyways). Try it, I dare ya to!
