So interesting question ATV require title and driving on any public land requires ad OHV sticker.
If you have a home made go-kart does the state require you
to title it. How if at all can you ride on public lands with a OHV
sticker.
If go-karts are not legal on off road public lands in Utah this may
just have lost my air out of my sail.
