Cleaned it up and prepping for paint, thinking about going all black. Anyways could someone point me in the right direction for setting up my rear axle brake? Looks like I have a 4-5 in brake band but need drum setup, cleaned and lubed the entire 1in to 3/4 dead axle it came with and seems to be in great condition, it is just odd to me because on most set ups I see the brake is attached to the sprocket and wheel but on this kart the brake cable and band is inside the frame.

Thank you for the views and responses all!
