Unfinished offroad kart

This is my first offroad kart that i built.But i haven't finished yet.I have a lot of problem with spindle.Finaly i couldn't built the spindle.And I'm building my kart very slowly...

Slow buildin makes for less mistakes! Looks like it will be a fun kart when its finished.

Whats all them greenish wheels/pulley lookin things?

Nice Kart! I was looking at your rollcage in the pictures and noticed some lines on all its joints. Did you perchance weld the bends onto the rollcage?

I wanted to bend rollcage but i don't have tube bender so i welded.

As you see,we'r selling pulley,taper bush,bearing housing,coupling,chain,sporcket and other industrial transmission equipments...

What size rims are those? They look tiny compared to the rest of the buggy although id guess maybe 10" rims?

Yes,they are tiny and these rims are 8"

Yes,tires are small because engine is small too...My engine is 125 cc 7 hp with cvt transmision.

Looks like you could easily fit a small motorcycle engine in there(250cc-500cc). Then get you some big ATV rims/tires and you would be set!!

Looks good regardless though and always easy enough to upgrade it later down the road.

Do you plan to use the smaller engine/tires to work out all the mechanical bugs, or untill you get a larger engine?
