Like I said before I'm new to go karts I know nothing about them was looking for a diagram for parts. I thought it just needed a new engine after further inspection I found that the disc brake is bent was trying to remove the rear wheels but had no luck.

tyrod IV.. IDK looks like a generic chinese predecessor
to the also generic also chinese Kazuma Drifter...

actual brake disc is easy though, measure diameter and bolt hole circle and maybe thickness and you can find a replacement online easily.
(chances are the Azuma Driter one fits tbh)

removing the rear wheels is a matter of penetrating oil and patience I bet.
spray them for good and wait...
remove the Nut and spray again (wait again!) .. try to hammer out the key if you can (again more penetraing oil)
one the key is out,
use an old chain to lock the axle and rotate the wheels (wiggle), more oil, more patience..

if that's too slow you can try to use a propane torch to heat up the bearing.

IIWY since the tyrod for all I know had split rms..
remove air from tube, and tyre/tube from rim before using heat..
burning rubber isn't as much fun as it sounds in this config ;)
