Two Stroke Torque Converter

Hi all. Thanks again for your previous advice about my mini pocket rocket / snowblower engine project. Although there is no throttle lever on the snowblower, I did find, after disassembly, that there is a throttle on the carb, which appears to be connected to a governor. As for a torque converter, all the ones I've found seem to be made for four stroke engines - 1200 - 3600 RPM. Can these be modified for higher RPM's, or are two stroke T/C's available? I would just run a comet 30 series, should do fine.

yeah my engage quick but could probly get a stiffer spring so it will engage at higher RPM's
