And there is something disturbing about hearing 2stroke noises from a 4stroke exhaust

You did not get it,the silencer that I am using on the mini bike is one that came with one of my race bikes which is a KTM 300 XCW which is a two stroke. See the expansion chamber? Look under the number plate on the rear of my bike and you will see the location where this silencer came from, it replaced the one that is on my bike in the picture which is a spark arrestor type silencer. I have two race bikes which may have confused you, the other KTM I have is a 540 four stroke which is a 525 MXC with a big bore kit on it making it a 540.

Yeah I can't wait to hear it rev nice exhaust set up going to sound very good , and y'all hear my exhaust set up soon and mine actually is going to be a 2 stroke with a 4 stroke exhaust

I received the seat that I bought from a man that sells them on eBay, He makes reproduction seats for vintage mini bikes and such. I hate hand brakes other than a front brake on the right side of the handle bars just like a motorcycle and I just have to have the rear brake operated with my right foot so this is where the rear brake will be located on this mini bike, I have built a brake rod with a Heim end on the rod and I have attached it to the brake lever on the drum brake, I will machine a foot brake lever out of this 1/2 inch slab of T6 aluminum and I will use a sealed bearing for the pivot point on the brake lever. I hate the looks of this Azusa sprocket which I have of bunch of, so I will see if I can change the looks of it by boring some lightening holes in it. I am also making some rear axle adjusters so that the rear chain can be adjusted.

I spent the day doing some machine work to the components of My mini bike. Here are a few operations done on my mill. I milled keyways in the jack shaft for the sprockets and I started work on my foot brake lever, I started whittling away on material that I have saved for some time. I am glad that I kept it, good stuff!

I had some time to work on the rear foot brake lever today, I use super glue sometimes to attach parts together and check the fitment of them, I still have to finish the pedal pad.

So that pad is currently superglued to the arm. then will you be tig welding it permanent when finished. and are you going to machine some "grip" treads on the pad.

I will not weld it, the pad will be screwed on with stainless steel counter sunk allen headed screws, I am not going to machine any grip treads in the pad, I am going put some grip on the pad a different way, you will see.

That was my second guess.
I just did not know how to word it.

Here is what I am using as a grip surface, stainless steel 8-32 set screws that I can adjust for the amount of grip I need and also adjust for wear and or replacement if needed, I am going to make something like this for the foot pegs also. They are retained by Loctite.
