two seater engine

I'm making a two seater go kart, i was just wondering how powerful of an engine would be good for this.

5-8... depends on weight. also if you add a torque convertor it will greatly improve the power. i suggest it + a 5-6 HP engine.

I'm thinking kids around 130 pounds. so i'm thinking about getting this 6.5 hp engine. is this good
