PB or MMO the cylinders you need something to break it loose, and if its a no-go then a bearing might be locked up....

Yea could be the bearings because i remeber the rods had a bit of play but the crank shaft wouldnt move at all

ok. well lube them up, a spun bearing in these engines spells death

Well i took the heads and the rest of the block off and found a bolt melted in the cyl and is permanantly on the head and yes water did get into the cylinders. It had about an 1" of dirt on it so it did over heat and the rings on one piston melted in the groves so cyl needs to be honed and not sure about the bronz pistón and rods.

But will post piks an a couple mins

I think you should just save up for a motorcycle engine, it'll have more power, a transmission, and wind out high/faster.

Well basically the pistons and rings are fired due to an in of dirt on the engine and a bolt on some sort i think fell into the cyl and mated with the head and finally the engine after sitting outside for so long water got in side the cyl

Thats what i plan on doing dude i have a spare head to swap out, hone the cylinders and new rings and were set.

Btw would the engine be able to push a 18x9.5" tire with a 4.2:1 ratio or should i go with 11" tires?

idk about the gear ratio but with my 20 hp im running 16x 8.5 tires with it geared to do 50

I'll still be burnin the belts and it's gona have good toruqe and If I want more ill put it in a low gear and I forget what ratio ima run to get them speeds.
